It is with mixed emotions that I announce the closing of my practice, effective July 31, 2023.  I am retiring. It has been a great pleasure providing for your mental health care needs over the years.

Rather than trying to provide you with a list of possible therapists or counselors I suggest you consult your insurance company’s panel of approved providers to select a new therapist should you need one.

​

Your mental health records are confidential, and a copy can be transferred to another therapist or released to you or to another person you designate, with appropriate authorization.  Should you require your records you can request an Authorization form by emailing me at:

Upon receipt complete and sign, then mail it back as soon as possible.  If I need to print out and send the records via U.S. Mail there will be a $25.00 charge to cover production costs, so please enclose a check or money order with the Authorization.
